Please read our appointment terms and conditions below before booking your appointment with Runaway Bridal. Appointment terms and conditions are as follows:
APPOINTMENT PROCESS
Appointments can be made online using our booking page or by phone or email. Appointments are requested and then approved/confirmed by Runaway Bridal. If you do not receive a notification of approval or denial within 48 hours, please contact Runaway Bridal. Credit card information is required to book an appointment. Please note, appointments at Runaway Bridal have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Brides who no-show or cancel within 48 hours will forfeit their prepaid appointment and be charged an additional $25 cancellation fee (for Private Bridal Suite, Off-the-Rack, and Yours, Completely appointments) or be charged a $50 cancellation fee (for Follow-up, Pick-Up, and Styling appointments).
HEALTH & SAFETY
Client agrees to follow current state/federal health safety practices and to reschedule their appointments in the event of illness.
ACCESSIBILITY
We are located on the second floor of our building, accessible by stairs or elevator. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you will need elevator access.
PARKING
We have two parking spots reserved for Runaway Bridal clients, spots 9 & 11. These parking spots are located in the alley behind our building. If these spots are not available before your appointment time, there is plenty of street parking available around the building. Guests may use the parking lot at their own risk. Runaway Bridal is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or their contents while parked on or near the premises. By parking on our property, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your vehicle and belongings.
RESCHEDULING
Should a client need to reschedule or cancel their appointment, client must notify Runaway Bridal at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. If client cancels or no-shows within less than 48 hours of the appointment time, the credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee, depending on which appointment type was booked. Client understands that rescheduling of appointments can delay the order placement of their gown.
FAILURE TO PERFORM SERVICES
In the event Runaway Bridal cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:
- Immediately give notice to customer; and
- Excuse Client(s) of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.
- Client will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runaway Bridal in the event they are unable to perform the agreed to services.
OFF-THE-RACK AND SAMPLE GOWNS
At any given time, Runaway Bridal reserves the right to sell any gown as a sample based on timing and wear, discontinue a specific style or line or add a line or style to the collection. Runaway Bridal makes no guarantees that a specific sample gown will be available for purchase.
PAYMENTS
In order to secure the requested date/time of your appointment, a credit card must be provided. Client is to complete the provided payment form to secure their appointment.
