Please read our appointment terms and conditions below before booking your appointment with Runaway Bridal. Appointment terms and conditions are as follows:
APPOINTMENT PROCESS
At-Home Appointments: Client (also referred to as “customer” or “you”) agrees to allow Runaway Bridal, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Runaway Bridal”) access to their selected location for the designated appointment time, including time for set-up and tear-down. Client must have ownership or permission of location being used for event. Client will select the staging area for the appointment and may request input from Runaway Bridal if desired. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Runaway Bridal for any property damage that may occur while on premise. Should you want additional time for your appointment, you may request at any time to extend your appointment, barring any appointment conflicts that Runaway Bridal may have. Each additional 30 minutes will incur an additional charge.
In-Studio Appointments: Appointments can be made online using our booking page or by phone. If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please notify Runaway Bridal immediately. Credit card information is required to book an appointment. The card provided will be charged a $50 fee if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or you do not show for your appointment.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Client agrees to follow current state/federal health safety practices and to reschedule their appointments in the event of illness.
RESCHEDULING
At-Home Appointments: Should a client need to reschedule or cancel their appointment, a full refund will be provided of the appointment cost if the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Any other rescheduling or cancellation notice given within less than 48 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. Client understands that rescheduling of appointments can delay the order placement of their gown.
In-Studio Appointments: Should a client need to reschedule or cancel their appointment, client must notify Runaway Bridal at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. If client cancels or no-shows within less than 24 hours of the appointment time, the credit card on file will be charged a $50 fee. Client understands that rescheduling of appointments can delay the order placement of their gown.
FAILURE TO PERFORM SERVICES
In the event Runaway Bridal cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:
- Immediately give notice to customer; and
- Excuse Client(s) of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.
- Client will agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runaway Bridal in the event they are unable to perform the agreed to services.
OFF-THE-RACK AND SAMPLE GOWNS
At any given time, Runaway Bridal reserves the right to sell any gown as a sample based on timing and wear, discontinue a specific style or line or add a line or style to the collection. Runaway Bridal makes no guarantees that a specific sample gown will be available for purchase.
PAYMENTS
At-Home Appointments: In order to secure the requested date/time of your appointment, payment must be made in full. Client is to complete the provided payment form to secure their appointment.
In-Studio Appointments: In order to secure the requested date/time of your appointment, a credit card must be provided. Client is to complete the provided payment form to secure their appointment.
